Thank you for using The Snooker App. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a high-quality experience for the snooker and billiards community. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds regarding subscriptions, virtual wallet top-ups, and in-app purchases.

1. General Policy

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund or compensation for a major failure of the service.

For non-statutory requests such as change of mind, The Snooker App generally does not offer refunds once a digital service has been accessed or a virtual wallet balance has been used, except where required by law.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (iOS and Android)

If you purchased a subscription or in-app item, including Manager or Player subscriptions, through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Payment Processing: These transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google. Century Break does not have the technical ability to issue refunds for these transactions directly.
  • Apple Users: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Android Users: Follow the refund instructions in the Google Play Help Center.

3. Virtual Wallet and Registration Fees

For funds added to your player wallet or tournament registration fees paid via our integrated payment gateway, Stripe:

  • Major Failures: If a technical error on our part prevents you from using topped-up funds or participating in a tournament you paid for, contact us for a manual adjustment or refund.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind once a wallet has been topped up. For tournament withdrawals, refer to the specific tournament rules set by the Club Manager or Tournament Recorder.

4. Statutory Rights (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. If the app or service:

  • Has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it.
  • Is significantly different from the description.
  • Does not do what we said it would do.

In those situations, you may be entitled to a refund.
