This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and The Snooker App. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License Grant
The Snooker App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any compatible device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. User Eligibility and Account
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the wallet system in this app.
- Verification: You agree to provide accurate information, including your legal name, address, and date of birth. Failure to provide verifiable information may result in suspension of wallet and withdrawal privileges.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- In-App Purchases: Manager and Player subscriptions are billed annually through Apple or Google. Management of these subscriptions, including cancellations, must be done through your store account settings.
- Stripe Integration: Payment processing for the app wallet and payouts is provided by Stripe. By using these features, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
4. Wallet and Withdrawals
- Funds: Funds held in the app wallet are for personal challenges and club challenges. These funds do not earn interest.
- Withdrawals: Users may withdraw real money to a verified bank account via Stripe. We reserve the right to delay or block withdrawals for security audits, suspected fraud, or AML compliance.
- Fees: The company reserves the right to charge transaction fees for wallet transfers or withdrawals as disclosed within the app interface.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any form of illegal gambling or wagering.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Submit fraudulent match results or manipulate the scoring system.
- Use the app to harass or harm other club members.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store personal data including name, phone, address, date of birth, and profile picture to provide app functionality and comply with financial regulations.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the app and delete all copies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Snooker App is not liable for financial loss, data loss, or damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including errors in Stripe processing or App Store billing.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
